Shipping & Returns


Shipping costs are calculated based on the overall weight of the order and calculated during the checkout procedure. They are also dependent on the shipping service you as the customer choose during the checkout procedure.
(Please note that Royal Mail use the consignment sizes to determine the service required. Due to this, all our items are considered to be parcel sizes.)

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day of the order being placed, and you should receive the goods in accordance with the time scales of the chosen shipping service.

If there is a problem with an order, such as a delay in dispatch time, we will contact the customer by telephone or email.

We have no minimum order charge.


If you receive your goods in unsatisfactory condition then please contact us immediately to request a replacement or refund. DO NOT send anything back without contacting us first. If required, all items must be returned to us in their original packaging and accompanied by an original copy of the invoice/paperwork and a letter describing the problem.
